Your paper cannot have more than 12 pages (there included all text, all figures, tables, abstract, keywords, and references). Exceeding the page limit may cause your paper to be rejected. The deadline for all final camera-ready papers, is the 12th of September 2022. Deadlines refer to 23:59 (11:59 pm) in the AoE (Anywhere on Earth) time zone
2. UPLOAD YOUR final SUBMISSION
To start the submission process, go to the OpenConf Upload File section.
Submissions should include a single*.zip file containing source files (*.docx, *.pdf). The files should be named according to their ID number (i.e., 100.docx, 100.pdf, 100.zip).
How do I make a single zip file?
How to confirm if my file is in OpenConf?
3. UPDATE YOUR PROFILE AND METADATA IN OPENCONF
This Camera-Ready paper is only for the proceedings book, but critical information is not updated in OpenConf, therefore it is imperative that you update paper metadata in your profile. The latest version of your Camera-Ready Paper Submission must be identical to the Title, Abstract, Keywords, Author(s) and Institution(s) of your OpenConf submission form. OpenConf will obtain the metadata for the Conference Program, CumInCAD database, Blucher Proceedings, and the Book of Abstracts of the conference.
4. Register to the conference
To include your conference paper in the conference proceedings and schedule your online presentation in the conference program, at least one of the authors must register for SIGraDi 2022.
5. Online presentation guidelines
For each conference paper, authors must submit one video (a 10 to 15-minute video full presentation). Deadline submission is October 3, 2022
