The 2013 International Conference on Advanced ICT(Information and Communication Technology) for Business and Management (ICAICTBM2013), which will be held on September 20-22, 2013 in Hainan, China. Hainan is an island in the South of China. Hainan is China’s version of Hawaii and it is becoming more popular with international tourists as well. Residents from many countries, including the US and Canada, can visit the island without a visa. 

ICT is very widespread in businesses of all sizes. With the fast integration of ICT in Business and Management area, the role of the “ICT Management function”, has grown to ensure that the infostructure (containing all computers, peripherals, servers and networks required for the company to operate and strive towards its objectives) is composed of technologies, with capabilities that match the functionality needs of the users. 

In recent years, the ICT function has been evolving very fast. Information is collected by the business itself. The problem is how to use ICT to manage business information. Nowadays, many researchers focus on promoting, coordinating and facilitating the use of information and communication technology (ICT) to enhance Business and Management. 

The ICAICTBM2013 focuses on using of ICT for Business and Management area which includes practice, technology and theory. The aim of this conference is to provide a worldwide forum, where the international participants can share their research knowledge and ideas on the recent and latest research on AICTM and map out the directions for future researchers and collaborations. Researchers and graduate students are welcomed to participate in the conference to exchange research findings in the frontier areas of ICT for Business and Management.

All accepted and presented papers in the ICAICTBM will be published in the conference proceedings will submitted for indexing to Thomson ISI ( ISTP, CPCI, Web of Science), Scopus (by Elsevier) and EI/Compendex. 

Selected papers will be published in International Journals (Ei Compendex). for those authors prefer to get their papers published in the Journals, please contact the program chair before submission via email: icaictbm@gmail.com
