Scientific Program: The duration of the congress will be four days. The scientific program will include:

. Panels and Round-Table meetings
Paper submission: Prospective participants are invited to submit by homepage an abstract. After the notification of acceptance of the work, the author should send and submit the Full Paper or the WIP, both in .DOC format or .DOCX format via homepage. For more details including the template access http://www.copec.org.br/
A Work-in-Progress-Paper (WIP) for which a two-page (maximum) paper will be submitted. A WIP describes preliminary developments of an ongoing project in its infancy that involves state-of-art, implementation, creative pilot programs, or nontraditional concepts. It must contain the details of the scientific and/or educational feasibility of the project, including expected outcomes.
Proceedings and Book of Abstracts: The proceedings and the book of abstracts of the congress will be published and be available at the time of the congress. Both will be registered in ISBN with international validity.
Congress Language: English, Spanish and Portuguese will be the official congress languages.
Social Program: Welcome Party, Congress Banquet and technical visits are planned.
Workshops: During the Congress, some workshops will be offered. The Full Program will be available at the homepage: http://www.copec.org.br/
Objectives: This conference will provide a major international forum for the exchange of information on research and recent developments in the improvement of Safety, Health and Environment fields. The program includes the participation of invited speakers that will present the last most important trends and developments in safety, health and environment; peer reviewed papers selected by a committee of specialists, work in progress and workshops that approach the state of art, creative programs and non-traditional concepts in research about safety, health and environment.
